  When I originally conceived of this trading card series, one of my primary ideas was story cards. The initial version of them were quite ambious, to tell a story in serialized format, with most of the stories taking up about 5 cards each and the larger stories being about 10 cards each.  In theory it was a really great idea, unfortunately in practice they weren’t quite as practical as I had hoped. With my artists on hiatus for a few weeks, I figure this is a good time to work on getting some of my smaller side projects done. Both to help recharge my Mechs and Monsters batteries, and to have something artwork done in the mean time. The first project is called After Invasion: World War I, and will be about 4 to 6 trading cards in total, which will either be sold as a single inclusive pack or used as a kickstarter reward.   Before I can get started on the writing, I need artwork as the idea is only in the conceptual stage with no concrete substance, and artwork has a way of inspiring my writing.
